The Edouard Forner Conductor's Chair Endowment FundAfter 37 years of service--a term almost unheard of among both community and professional orchestras-- Edouard Forner retired as conductor of the Saint Paul Civic Symphony. Under his leadership, Mr. Forner significantly expanded the orchestra’s presence, including establishing a relationship with the Nagasaki Symphony Orchestra in Saint Paul's sister city--Nagasaki, Japan. This fund was established to honor Edouard Forner's legacy of leadership and commitment, and is used to attract and retain the best possible conductors for the Saint Paul Civic Symphony. If you would like to give to the Edouard Forner Conductor's Chair Endowment Fund, you may contribute through giveMN.org's online, secure payment method.
